We have some exciting news. Effective June 30, 2023, our Lancaster Service Center will merge with our Southeast Dallas Service Center at the Southeast Dallas location. Terri Cole and her team at the Lancaster service center will join Alex Trevino and his team at the Elam Rd service center thereby creating one central service location for all Auto City Customers. (This change does not affect the sales offices in Lancaster which will continue to operate normally).

We expect this move to help streamline the repair process by consolidating equipment,  resources and personnel, all in an effort to better serve you, our customer.
